b1798: George V Sterling Silver Three Piece Tea Set

 Hallmarked in London, 1929 by Charles Edwards, this handsome, Sterling Silver Three piece Tea Set, is plain in style, featuring panelled sides, reed borders, gilt interiors to the sugar and cream, and a wooden handle and finial to the teapot. The teapot measures 5.5 inches (14cm) tall, by 9.5 inches (24cm) from handle to spout, the cream jug measures 3.25 inches (8.5cm) tall, by 4.5 inches (11.5cm) from handle so lip, and the sugar bowl measures 3.5 inches (9cm) tall, by 5.5 inches (14cm) from handle to handle. The three pieces together weigh 20.8 troy ounces.

 Hallmarked in Birmingham, 1912 by Thomas Edward Aitkin, this handsome, Sterling Silver tea set, comprises four pieces, all featuring ball feet, and shell and gadroon borders. The water jug measures 7.75 inches (19.5cm) tall, and the cream jug and sugar bowl feature ornate cast handles (see additional images for detail).

 Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1912 by J. Parkes & Co. This attractive, Antique, Sterling Silver Four piece Tea Set, stands on four ball feet, and features delicate swags and bow engraving throughout. The hot water jug measures 9.5 inches (24cm) tall, by 7.5 inches (19cm) from handle to spout, the teapot measures 6 inches (15cm) tall, by 11 inches (28cm) from handle to spout, the cream jug measures 3.75 inches (9.5cm) tall, by 6 inches (15cm) from handle to lip, and the sugar bowl measures 4 inches (10cm) tall, by 8 inches (20.5cm) from handle to handle. The four pieces together weigh 68 troy ounces.
