b4429b: George V Sterling Silver Candlesticks

 Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1914 by William Hutton, this Pair of Sterling Silver Candlesticks are of traditional corinthian column form with stepped square bases and gadroon borders. Each candlestick is 6.25 inches (16cm) high and the bases are 3.25 inches (8.5cm) square. In common with most candlesticks of the period they are weighted for stability and the sconces are removable for cleaning.

j9479: Victorian Sterling Silver Inkstand

 Hallmarked in London, 1900 by William Hutton, this attractive, late Victorian, antique silver inkstand features two ink wells, both with cut glass bodies and silver mounts and lids, a silver stand featuring a gallery border and standing on four cast and applied feet, and gadroon borders throughout. The inkstand measures 4 inches (10cm) tall, by 13.5 inches (34.5cm) wide, by 8.25 inches (21cm) deep.
