Victorian Sterling Silver Three Piece Tea Set
j5452: Hallmarked in London, 1890 by Gibson & Langland, this very handsome, late Victorian, antique silver tea set, comprises of a teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug, all plain in style, octagonal in shape, and featuring reed detailing around the mid point and lips of each piece. The teapot measures 6 inches (15cm) tall, by 7 inches (18cm) from handle to spout, the sugar bowl measures 4 inches (10cm) tall, by 5 inches (12.5cm) from handle to handle, and the cream jug measures 3.75 inches (9.5cm) tall, by 3.5 inches (9cm) from handle to lip.
