 Hallmarked in London in 1898 by William Hutton & Sons, this pretty Victorian antique Sterling Silver claret jug has a Sterling Silver mount and an oval cut glass body. The jug is 9" (23cm) high, 5" (13cm) wide and 3" (8cm) deep.

b6699: Victorian Sterling Silver Claret Jugs

 Hallmarked in Sheffield in 1895 by James Dixon & Sons, this Victorian, Antique, Sterling Silver Claret Jug is in the "Cellini" style first made popular by the famous 16th century Florentine silversmith Benvenuto Cellini. The wine jug is of large size, 13.5 inches (34cm) tall with a diameter of 5.5 inches (14cm) and weighs 30 troy oz (935gms).
